This is the site of Corcega Sands Villa. Located on La Playa de Corcega - known for its miles of unspoiled beach in Rincón Puerto Rico - this oceanfront villa is paradise waiting to happen.
	This luxurious villa boasts of approximately 3000 square feet, three bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2.5 baths, a laundry room, completely equipped kitchen, living and dining area, den, and a beautiful atrium to make your relaxation complete. The picture to the left is the front view with the ocean in the back.

The driveway, you will notice is designed with concrete pavers individually installed.

The wall down the side of the house is lined with exotic tropical fruit trees as well as better known citrus trees.

The picture at the left is a shot of the back yard of the Villa. It is surrounded by a wall and fencing to insure your privacy. This view faces the ocean where you will witness some of the most spectacular sunsets on this great planet.

To the right, you will see a full front view of the Villas from the beach. As you can see from these pictures, you are only steps away from the Caribbean. Swimming, snorkeling, whale watching, beautiful sunsets and more are steps out your back door.
